Contemporary Ceramic Art and Community

These albums document, for want of a better word - my world. Here you will find images of the ceramics facilities I make use of and contribute to; The Glasgow School of Art Ceramics Department and The Glasgow Ceramics Studio at Wasps, both in Glasgow, Scotland. And shortly to come, The Australian National University School of Art in Canberra, Australia.

More importantly, in these albums I have included images of the amazingly talented and skilled artists who are part of my immediate ceramics community, academic and professional, and their work. It is a unique opportunity to see inside the studios of working students and artists, without the need to make an appointment!

Glasgow School of Art: contains images taken at the Glasgow School of Art, in the Ceramics Department of the School of Design. Includes images of facilities as well as work by staff, visiting artists, graduates and undergraduate students.

Glasgow Ceramics Studio: images of my studio space at Wasps, facilities and the artists I share with and their work.

WASPS - Hanson Street Studios: images of the building and surrounds where my studio is housed, in a converted and refurbished cigarette factory - now home to the national head office for Wasps Artists' Studios and about 100 studio spaces.
