This album contains images of work in progress completed in week 7 of semester 2, 2007. All images taken in my space in the Glasgow Ceramics Studio.
They include making porcelain slip and slip casting tiles using conventional moulds.
Some of these photos were taken with flash and it looks really dark in the studio as a result - which, I assure you, it's not.
Also - I have made slip about 3 times in the last week - out of Special Porcelain, P2 Porcelain and Glacier Porcelain, all supplied by Alisdair Kettles and made by Valentine Clays. These images are a collection of photos from all three times - but they're arranged in the order that the process takes place.
